＜宿泊予約確定について＞
ご宿泊のリクエストメールを確認後、確定メールを返信いたします。
中1日ほどかかる場合もございますので、お急ぎの方はお電話での問い合わせをお願いいたします。

Once we have received your accommodation request email, we will reply with a confirmation email.
This may take up to a day, so please call us if you are in a hurry.
＜御食事の予約について＞
朝食、夕食を承ることができます。ご希望の日にちの2日前の午前中までにお申し付けください。
月曜日は夕食の提供をしておりませんのでご注意ください。
和食の家庭料理をご用意いたします。
食べることが出来ない食材などがございましたら、事前にご連絡頂けましたら、できるだけ対応させていただきます。
お食事の2日前の予約が必要な理由をお知らせします。
屋久島は食材が豊富な場所ではありません。
料理に必要な新鮮で特別な食材を当日に手に入れることが難しいです。
食品ロスを減らすためにも大切なルールです。
遠くから屋久島に来られたゲスト一人一人のために心を込めた料理を、私の妻は特別な調理を丁寧に最低でも2日間懸けて仕込みます。
お客様に満足できる美味しい料理を提供するために最低の時間です。
それは家庭料理ですが、見た目以上に繊細な仕事を施した、1品1品が非常に特別な料理です。
手を抜いて、時間をかけずに提供することは私たちにはできません。

< Reservations for meals >
Breakfast and dinner can be booked. Please inform us at least two days in advance of the desired date by mid-morning.
Please note that dinner is not served on Mondays.
Japanese home-cooked meals will be served.
If there are any food items you cannot eat, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We will let you know why you need to book two days in advance for your meal.
Yakushima is not a place where ingredients are abundant.
It is difficult to obtain the fresh and special ingredients needed for cooking on the same day.
This is an important rule to reduce food loss.
My wife carefully prepares special dishes with care for each guest who has come to Yakushima from afar, taking at least two days to prepare them.
This is the minimum time required to provide our guests with satisfying and delicious food.
It is home cooking, but each dish is very special, with more delicate work than it appears.
It is not possible for us to cut corners and serve it without spending a lot of time on it.
We hope you will all understand.

チェックインは16時から19時 チェックアウトは10時までにお願いします。

Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00 and check-out is until 10:00.
